http_throttle ( [float sec [, int bytes = 40960]] )
throttle delay および送信バッファサイズを指定します。
注意: 基本的な抑止機構を提供します。
これにより、現在のプロセスがエンティティを完全に送信できるようになるでしょう。
注意:
これは、以下の SAPI では期待通りに動作しないかもしれません。 FastCGI.
パラメータ
sec
各チャンクが送信された後に待機する秒数。
bytes
チャンクの大きさ (バイト単位)。
